At the November 11, 2024 Council Work Session Meeting, the Borough Council unanimously approved Resolution 2024-10. This resolution is a temporary 30 day burn ban on open burning in the Borough limits. Penalties are as follows: First offense – warning, Second offense – $100.00 fine, Third offense – $200.00 fine.
