A pedestrian pathway has been completed to allow residents to walk or ride bicycle to the Quarryville Library. The 5.5′ wide asphalt pathway connects Fritz Avenue to the library sidewalk. Those riding a bike on the pathway should be aware and yield to pedestrians on the pathway. Thank you to Keith Campbell, developer of Hidden Valley, for funding the project and to landowner Blake Huber for agreeing to an easement across his property for the pathway. This project was on the Borough’s Official Map and also was listed as a project on our Active Transportation Plan.
